Located between Leakey and Camp Wood Texas, this 73+ acres of land offers sweeping, long, views, and plenty of seclusion! It is bordered on two sides by similar size tracts and on the other two sides by much larger acreage. Tree covering in Hill Country evergreens, and a variety of Oaks as well as many large Pinon pine trees, makes this a verdant haven for various wildlife. A wet weather creek traverses the front of the property, and the land gradually elevates to the top of a hill with some clearing done in the past to open up for big 360 views from the highest elevation. A switch back road was put in many years ago to reach the top, and with a little work it can be completely traversable with 4W drive or ATV. A drilled well is piped and capped waiting to be completed. Electricity is nearby and plenty of game if you are a hunter. No HOA! $456,568.
