He is very available and will return all calls and text messages, normally within the hour. I work odd shifts in the medical field and I never had an issue contacting Charles. For my home, we paid about 15 k under listing and we were able to negotiate a new roof on top of that.

Got the property down $10,000 from the listing price then still managed to negotiate another $7000 off for repairs and just when it seemed it couldn't get better he managed to get our lender to pay out another $1000 because they missed our closing deadline!
