Kim helped us get into our started home last year and she was AWESOME! We were using another realtor prior to Kim and she just wasn't really getting what we were looking for, and wasn't aggressive. On a Saturday afternoon we met with Kim at her office, went over the areas of town we were looking at, and discussed budgets and floor plans. She sent us several listing that day and the next. By late Sunday afternoon she found us the perfect house in the subdivision we were currently renting in that hadn't even hit the market yet! We went and looked that night and put it offer in same day. By the next day they had accepted our offer, we couldn't believe we had found our dream home in less than 48 hours of meeting her! It was a great experience and we plan to use her again in the future with our forever home!

Kim knows the area, the trends, and how to find exactly what her buyers want. Kim sold out first house, which was a tough sell (backed up to a train track). Kim also helped us look for new houses. She was so adept at her job she was able to help find our dream home for. If you want a true advocate for the buying/selling process, Kim without a doubt by is the best in the business.
